- Cardiovascular disease.
- Irregular heartbeat.
- High blood pressure.
- Hyperthyroidism.
- Prostatic hypertrophy patients.
- Diabetics.
- Patients with high intraocular pressure, including glaucoma.
- Epilepsy. Asthma patients.
- Patients with moderate or severe renal failure.
- Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency.
- Peptic ulcer patients.
